Sr. Technical Recruiter, Technology Recruiter, Semiconductor, Technology staffing

3-5 years Semiconductor recruiter
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in analog IC design including 3-5 years of experience in Chip/board design. In -Demonstrated experience in designing mixed-signal circuits and taking an IC through design, layout, evaluation, and release to production. FPGA/DSP/CMOS/BiCMOS experience is desired.

Must be a self starter, self motivated independent worked, and partner
The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates and build an applicants talent pool utilizing a in house applicant tracking systems
Able to fill openings work as a partner with hiring manager and Sr. Staff members

Eagerness to close deals
Ability to fill open recs.
Ability to negotiate with consultants and clients
