The co-founders and executive team have significant experience in growing companies into successful national organizations. Position Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for executing the recruiting strategy for Novo clients ? this includes everything from being involved at search/project scoping to the closing and offer stage of candidate recruitment (depending on project). He or she will work with the Director of Client Solutions, Director of Corporate Recruiting Solutions and Managing Director to effectively recruit talent for Novo clients, to add value and bring in revenue while building a positive image of Novo in the marketplace. What Makes this a Great Opportunity: Novo is a start-up organization All employees are enabled to effect change Work with a sense of autonomy while in a team environment Novo is a fun, fast paced environment ? new challenges every day Be led by industry experts Work for a firm that believes in treating its clients and candidates with honesty and integrity Essential Responsibilities: Manage multiple searches Work closely with the Director of Client Solutions, the Director of Corporate Recruiting Services and Managing Director to fulfill recruiting needs both independently and as a team Work with the Director of Client Solutions to define scope and objectives of projects Present recruiting solutions with the Director of Client Solutions to clients Develop and implement account strategies which result in strong client relationship development and in the long run, revenue production Contribute to assigned activity and revenue targets on a weekly and monthly basis Participate in all services provided to clients including: Novo Search, Recruitment Outsourcing/Co-sourcing, On-Demand Recruiting, Recruitment Consulting and Training and Research Conduct periodic status meetings with the client to include the Director of Client Solutions Complete administrative tasks on a timely basis Travel Responsibilities: Usually negligible but dependent on opportunity Success Criteria: Your success will be measured based on: Productivity and direct contributions to recruitment results Achieving or exceeding revenue goals Attitude and approach to work Work ethic and dedication to job Team work Meeting deadlines Organization and time management skills Skills and Experience Requirements: Passion for business; ability to embrace the client relationship-based marketing concept to guide decisions and actions Entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to do ?whatever it takes? to achieve desired results Commitment to professionalism and ethics; respect for every candidate and the confidentiality imbedded in the business Motivated by providing unique recruiting services to clients and candidates Interpersonal skills - ability to interface easily with a diverse group of people Intuitive and creative problem solver with the ability to assess individual skills and background Resourceful and flexible thinker Strong communication skills: interviewing, listening and persuasion skills ? credible persona Ability to take initiative and meet or exceed tight timelines, attention to detail important Decisive personality - Ability to set priorities and take action Educational Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree preferred AIRS Certification preferred Compensation: Salary plus bonus Benefits: Health and Dental offered Paid time off 401(k) Flexible spending Vision, Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability & Long-Term Disability are available but not provided by Novo Relocation: Relocation package from Novo is not available Note: Please Mention Get Recruiting Jobs when applying
