Description:We are looking to add a talented, energetic recruiter to our rapidly growing team. This position has management duties and previous experience in the HR/Sourcing field are a bonus.Job Duties are as follows: - Manage and direct the recruiting process across multiple business groups, ensuring exceptional customer service, timeliness and quality - Lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies - Lead a team of recruiters in a highly complex and high volume recruiting environment - Develop the capabilities of the recruiting team in the areas of effective sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates - Take a proactive approach to partner with managers of the organization to understand their business and recruiting needs - Educate and assist managers in the recruiting and selection process - Analyze hiring results and trends and make appropriate recommendations to enhance the recruiting process - Promote the effective use of recruitment technology Required Skills: - Strong people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop others - Ability to engage and influence others at multiple levels of the organization - Strong business acumen - Excellent analytical and assessment skills Education: - 4 Year Degree required Note: Please Mention Get Recruiting Jobs when applying
